BarrierGuard 800 is a robust deformable steel safety barrier that stops errant vehicles by absorbing their energy through a combination
of self-weight and catenary action.
Designed as a smooth-faced steel barrier with a unique stepped profile, BarrierGuard 800 gives a high level of protection to both
the travelling public and those in the work zone by providing continuous physical separation.

Scottish Roads Authority and is being used extensively to improve safety standards on the motorway and trunk roads networks in England, Scotland and Wales.
The system has been designed with safety and speed of installation in mind. Each section of steel barrier is 12m long and features the patented Quickmount boltless
connections at each end. This rapid and precise in built method of connection ensures that installation times are kept to an absolute minimum reducing cost, disruption
to the public and risk to the installation teams.
BarrierGuard 800 can now be used for curved applications on radii as small as 69m. The barrier's flexibility has been enhanced by the
addition of 6m barrier units and 2.5° and 5° angled sections. All of these units feature the unique QuickMount joints and BarrierGuard profile to ensure that the
performance of the barrier is maintained.
BarrierGuard 800 now offers an Emergency Access Point (EAP) as part of the range of accessories available. The EAP has been
engineered to provide a safe and 'simple to operate' access through the barrier for the emergency services should this be required. The EAP can be
supplied in lengths from 6m upwards configured to suit individual requirements.
